inaugurated the opening of three days UDGAM-2024 festival and a workshop “On Capacity building and
Encouragement use of Millets in food and herbs/Medicinal Plants for Nutrition and well being , Energy and
water conservation , E Waste Management for school Children community Groups & Youth in Himachal
Pradesh “ which is sponsored by HIMCOSTE, GOVT OF INDIA ( GOI) and MOEF on January 25, 2024
